This legal vacation rental is a nicely furnished studio. It has an updated kitchen with granite counters, a full kitchen, and a large lanai. It is SO close to the beach that you can watch the surfers as you sip your morning coffee (unless you are surfing, too).

This 334-square-foot studio has a queen bed and is perfect for one or two people. It features an ocean view lanai (balcony) with table and chairs, air conditioner, a fully furnished kitchen with granite counters, full-size refrigerator, stove, free private WIFI, broadband internet, flat-screen TV with cable, all linens and towels, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, coffee grinder, and coffee maker. Though it is on the smallish side, it is very comfortable and has everything you need for your stay in paradise. You'll have two boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and other assorted beach items.

For your convenience and security, we will ask you for a code that is easy for you to remember, and we will use it to set the keypad lock to the room. 

Because the condo faces the northwest, it does not get blasted by the sun, so the lanai is usable all day. The unit has air conditioning if needed. If you have a late night on the town, you'll appreciate the room-darkening drapes when you want to sleep late the next day; or for a nice siesta after time at the beach.

Honolulu has the best weather on the planet! We get lots of sun, and our average daily temperature only varies slightly (i.e., 9 degrees F, 5 degrees C) between Summer and Winter. 

It is a great location for those who love the outdoors. The beach is across the street where you can surf, boogie board, swim and catch catamaran rides; the lovely Kapiolani Park is nearby and is a great place to walk, run and even hike up Diamond Head! It is also the perfect location if lying on the beach is your form of exercise!

We have a Walk Score of 88, and the only reason it isn't higher is the schools are located outside the resort area.   Many guests do not rent a car because there are so many activities nearby and an incredible number of eateries, from food trucks to food courts to good restaurants and GREAT restaurants too! Shoppers will not be disappointed either! However, if you choose to visit places that are not within walking distance, the Honolulu bus stop is a 5-minute walk; or maybe you'll decide to rent a sports car, motorcycle or bicycle from across the street! Many car rental companies are available in the area, too. There is limited paid parking at the building for our guests, and public parking is also available nearby.

The Seashore building is not fancy; it does not have a front desk, waterfalls, or valet parking. However, it is very close to the beach. Some of the Beach Boys who work at the surf rental/lesson places on Waikiki Beach live in the building. Do not be surprised if you see sandy footprints in the elevator!  There is a surf shop right next door (along with a Mexican restaurant and a local restaurant), so there are usually people without shirts and shoes hanging around or working at the surf shop. So, if you are uncomfortable around surfers, then another building would be better.

Our unit is a great home base for exploring the island. Diamond Head, Honolulu Zoo, Honolulu Aquarium, Pearl Harbor, Chinatown, the big waves on the North Shore, Polynesian Cultural Center, Kailua, world-class golf courses, and more are all easily accessible. 

Whether you want to simply relax or see everything Honolulu has to offer, this is a great place to stay!
