• To ensure the property meets your needs, we will email you a Rental Agreement immediately after booking. The Rental Agreement specifies check-in and checkout times, house rules, maximum number of guests, and cancelation policy. You can sign the Rental Agreement on any device.
• Failure to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours may result in canceling your reservation.
• The property is for the use of registered guests only.
• The maximum number of guests is not to be exceeded.
• No parties or gatherings are permitted.
• An initial payment is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. We will automatically charge the same card used for the initial deposit unless you inform us you want to use a different payment method.
